During that journey Pluryn provides support wherever that support is needed, to the extent required by every individual client. No more, no less. With the help of skilled and committed staff and based upon an innovative approach, up to date methodology and modern assistive technology.
Together with every client we assess what kind of support would be appropriate considering his or her needs:
Should we provide housing or provide services for Supported Living?
Is any service required with regard to (vocational) education and training?
Is any form of residential care necessary?
Or any temporary treatment, perhaps?
Are there any questions with regard to coaching towards employment in the open market or regarding work in more sheltered conditions?
Is long lasting care needed or maybe respite care?
Pluryn can provide answers to all those questions and needs and, equally important, to all kinds of combinations of those needs. Whatever applies to every single client involved. And if a clients needs can only be addressed properly through cooperation with other service providers, Pluryn is able to co-produce with partner organizations from its network, both from within or from outside the rehabilitation sector.
Pluryn is a full member of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (www.epr.eu) and holds several EQUASS certificates (European Quality in Social Services).
